Starting point

Introducing a product involved several people. Data had to be copied, and follow-up tasks created and assigned manually.

Solution

Selecting a product in the spreadsheet transfers its data to the system and creates tasks. Each person receives their task with the information they need.

What changed

The team receives data and tasks without manual hand-offs. Automating the product data transfer alone saved an estimated 166 hours annually at the volume described above.

Starting point

Multiple countries and channels meant different processing rules. The team manually checked tax details, couriers and whether orders could be split into parcels.

Solution

The system took over recurring decisions using rules agreed with the team. Orders needing individual review go to a team member with an explanation of what needs checking.

Work saved

Fewer manual order checks freed up the team’s time. After implementation, the work saved was estimated at half, potentially up to one full-time equivalent.

Product identification

A clear label.
Fewer warehouse mistakes.

Clear identifiers make goods quicker to recognise and reduce mistakes. The team selects a delivery and gets a complete set of readable labels ready to print.

Starting point

Product identifiers were hard to read. The existing system could not enlarge them without affecting the rest of the label, including the barcode.

Solution

The generator uses data from the selected delivery to prepare labels with a large product identifier and a barcode. We refined the layout using feedback from the warehouse team.

What changed

Warehouse staff identify goods faster and make fewer mistakes.

It’s a good time. Tell me what you do manually or where errors happen. In a free introductory call, we’ll explore where automation could make sense. A paid audit is a separate, agreed next step.

Do we need to replace the systems we already use?

I start by checking your existing tools and their integration options. Often, connecting them is enough. If there are limitations, we’ll discuss them before agreeing the scope.

What do I keep after delivery?

The code, documentation and knowledge needed to use the solution. We can continue with support and development; handing over the system is part of the engagement.

How do we agree the price and timeline?

Audits start at PLN 1,200, an implementation phase at PLN 5,000 and support at PLN 500 per month. We agree the price and timeline for your process after defining the scope, before work begins.
